1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Amation PageHub ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
Amation PageHub is a self-hosted SaaS platform that provides AI-powered automation for Facebook Pages, including:
- Automated Messenger replies using OpenAI
- AI-powered comment moderation and auto-replies
- Negative comment detection and deletion
- Product catalog management with AI integration
- FAQ/Knowledge base training for AI
- AI tone and personality customization
- Real-time analytics and token usage tracking
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- Account approval is at the sole discretion of the platform administrator
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
- One person may not maintain multiple accounts
4. User Responsibilities
4.1 API Keys & Tokens
You are responsible for providing your own valid API keys:
- Facebook Page Access Token: You must obtain this from Meta/Facebook Developer Console
- OpenAI API Key: You must have a valid OpenAI account with sufficient credits
- All API usage costs (OpenAI tokens, etc.) are your responsibility
4.2 Content & Compliance
- You are responsible for the content generated by AI on your behalf
- You must ensure your AI prompts comply with Facebook's Community Standards
- You must comply with OpenAI's Usage Policies
- You must not use the platform for spam, harassment, or illegal activities
- You must comply with all applicable local and international laws
4.3 Facebook Compliance
You must comply with Facebook/Meta's Platform Terms and Policies, including:
- Facebook Platform Policy
- Messenger Platform Policy
- Facebook Page Terms
- Meta's Terms of Service
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Platform to:
- Send spam or unsolicited messages
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
- Scrape or data-mine personal information
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
- Reverse engineer or modify the platform source code without permission
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Planned maintenance and updates
- Server or hosting issues
- Third-party service disruptions (Facebook, OpenAI)
- Force majeure events
7. Intellectual Property
- The Platform's source code, design, and branding are proprietary
- Your data (messages, products, FAQ content) remains your property
- AI-generated content produced through the Platform belongs to you
- You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Platform without written permission
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We are not responsible for actions taken by AI on your Facebook Page
- We are not liable for any loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months
9. Account Termination
- You may deactivate your account at any time by contacting support
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
- Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days
- Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination
10. Pricing & Payments
- Free tier users have limited features as described on our pricing page
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected
- Prices may change with 30 days prior notice
- No refunds are provided for partial months of service
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time
11. Demo Account
The demo account is provided for evaluation purposes only. Demo accounts are read-only — changes made in demo mode will not be saved. Demo access may be revoked at any time without notice.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amation PageHub, its owner, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
13. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
