1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for and using Amation PageHub (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using our services. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Amation PageHub.

2. Service Description

Amation PageHub is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed to automate Facebook Page interactions. Core functionalities include:

1-Click OAuth integration with Facebook Pages.
Automated AI-driven replies to Messenger messages via the Facebook Graph API.
Automated moderation, hiding, and replying to Facebook post comments.
Customization of AI knowledge bases (FAQs) and conversational tone using OpenAI's API.
Analytics and logging of automated interactions.

3. User Account and Responsibilities

Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information upon registration.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
API Keys & Usage: You are required to provide a valid OpenAI API key. You are entirely responsible for all billing, quotas, and costs incurred on your OpenAI account as a result of using this platform.

4. Compliance with Meta/Facebook Policies

Because our platform integrates deeply with Facebook, your use of the Platform is strictly contingent upon your continuous compliance with Meta's policies. You agree that:

You will comply with the Facebook Platform Terms.
You will comply with the Messenger Platform Policy.
You will not use our automated bot to send unsolicited spam, promotional blasts outside the standard 24-hour messaging window, or any content that violates Facebook's Community Standards.
Amation PageHub reserves the right to immediately suspend your account if we determine that your usage risks our Facebook App's standing or violates Meta's terms.

5. Prohibited Activities

While using the Platform, you shall not:

Use the service for any illegal, fraudulent, or malicious purposes.
Attempt to hack, destabilize, or reverse-engineer the Platform.
Upload any malicious code, viruses, or payloads.
Use the platform to harass, abuse, or harm individuals.
Sell, resell, or lease your account to third parties without explicit written consent.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The source code, UI/UX design, logos, and proprietary algorithms of Amation PageHub are the exclusive property of its creators. Your data—including the Facebook pages you connect, the custom FAQs you input, and the conversation logs generated—remains entirely your property. We claim no ownership over your business data.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. You use the service entirely at your own risk. Amation PageHub is not responsible for any downtime caused by Facebook API changes or OpenAI API outages.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Amation PageHub, its developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, use, or goodwill, arising from:

Your use or inability to use the service.
Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
Any actions taken by Facebook (such as Page bans or restrictions) resulting from automated replies generated through our system.

9. Service Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We may also terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
