Welcome to Amation PageHub ("we", "our", or "us"). We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy governs the privacy policies and practices of our website and the Amation PageHub SaaS platform. By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy, specifically tailored for our integration with Meta (Facebook) and OpenAI.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account & Registration Data

Personal details provided during registration (Name, Email Address, Username).
Authentication credentials (Passwords are securely hashed using bcrypt).
Profile avatars and account preferences.

2.2 Facebook/Meta Data (Crucial for Facebook App Review)

When you connect your Facebook Page using our "Log in with Facebook" OAuth integration, we request specific permissions to operate on your behalf. The data we collect includes:

Page Information: Page ID, Page Name, and Page Access Tokens (encrypted at rest).
Messaging Data: Messages received via Messenger webhooks, including sender PSIDs (Page-Scoped IDs) and message text.
Engagement Data: Comments received on your Facebook posts, post IDs, and commenter PSIDs.
We strictly collect this data ONLY to provide automated AI replies and comment moderation as requested by you. We do NOT use Facebook data for targeted advertising, nor do we sell it to third parties.

2.3 AI & Processing Data

OpenAI API keys provided by you (securely encrypted).
System prompts, FAQ knowledge bases, and AI personality configurations you define.
Chat logs and AI-generated responses stored for analytics and quality monitoring.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data exclusively to provide, maintain, and improve our automation services:

To facilitate the Facebook OAuth connection and manage your connected Pages.
To receive webhooks from Facebook, process incoming messages/comments, and send automated replies via the Facebook Graph API.
To transmit chat contexts to OpenAI (using your configured API key) to generate accurate responses.
To provide you with analytics, error logs, and support ticketing services.
To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

4. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Your data is only shared with third-party processors necessary for the platform's core functionality:

Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook): To send and receive messages/comments via the Graph API.
OpenAI, LLC: Message content and system prompts are sent to OpenAI's API to generate AI responses. OpenAI does not use data submitted via their API to train their foundational models.

5. Data Security

We implement robust, industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Your data is stored on secure, self-hosted servers. All sensitive tokens (Facebook Access Tokens, OpenAI API Keys) are encrypted before storage. We utilize HTTPS for all data in transit and employ session-based authentication and CSRF protections.

6. Facebook Data Deletion Instructions

According to Facebook's policies, we must provide users with a clear way to delete their data. If you wish to remove your data from Amation PageHub, you can do so by following these steps:

Log in to your Amation PageHub Dashboard.
Navigate to the Pages section.
Click the "Delete" button next to your connected Facebook Page. This will immediately revoke our system's access to that Page and delete associated tokens from our database.
To completely delete your account and all associated data (including chat logs, comment logs, and profile data), open a Support Ticket from your dashboard requesting account deletion, or email us directly at [email protected]. We will process all deletion requests within 48 hours.
Alternatively, you can remove our App's access directly from your Facebook settings: Go to Facebook -> Settings & Privacy -> Settings -> Security and Login -> Business Integrations, find "Amation PageHub", and click "Remove".

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information and Facebook webhook data only for as long as your account is active and necessary to provide the service. Once an account is deleted or a Page is disconnected, all associated contextual data is permanently scrubbed from our active databases.
